Scope Services has a one-of-a-kind opportunity for a business professional to be able to assist with our HR recruiting efforts.

Primary Responsibilities for Recruiter:

  • Work within different industries and supporting our business lines
  • Assist the Project Managers

Overview for Senior Staffing Coordinator:

Provide human resource support by responding to employee inquiries and concerns regarding, coordinating the selection and employment process including posting jobs, scheduling tests, conducting pre-screens and coordinating interviews, and delivering new-hire orientation, and performing administrative functions

Minimum Qualifications for Coordinator:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year experience in an office administrator, human resources, or supervisory role

Preferred Qualifications for Coordinator:

  • 1 year administrative or human resources experience
  • 2 year experience in Recruiting including pre-screening candidates, scheduling candidates for interviewing, and/or on-boarding
  • 1 year experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
  • Completion of an Associate's Degree or Certificate program in Human Resources or Business Administration
